Payment Method
PRICES AND EXCHANGE RATES
Every price published on ILSETACCIO, payments and invoices are quoted in Euros € or $ depending on the country from which the customer accesses on the website.
All prices include Italian VAT (exception made for TAX FREE countries for which prices are automatically quoted TAX FREE).
Prices do NOT include any further tax or import duty: such expenses are at the expence of the customer who is responsible for goods clearance.
ILSETACCIO parcel delivery is done by TNT, which provides a free delivery to Italy. For all the rest of the world, the shipping is processed by FEDEX, UPS or DHL. Please refer to Shipping information for further details and costs.
ILSETACCIO informs that in case of purchase outside of Italy, charges on credit cards or Paypal could be subject to exchange rates.
It is not possible to issue an invoice with lower value or a pro-forma invoice. Every delivery is shipped along with the corresponding commercial invoice.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promo codes are strictly personal and can be used as discount when buying on ILSETACCIO.
Please enter the code, if provided, in the dedicated field: after selecting the goods of the cart, enter the code and press “apply”.
The aforementioned coupons cannot generally be combined with other promotions or offers already in progress, unless expressly notified by ILSETACCIO.
There are some restrictions applied by ILSETACCIO:

PAYMENT METHODS
ILSETACCIO accepts the following payment methods:
Credit Card
Accepted credit cards: American Express, Maestro, Visa/Postepay, MasterCard, Carta Aura, Discover.
Credit card payments are done via Paypal. For more information please refer to www.paypal.com.
Customers can pay using iDeal only when they are located in the Netherlands and they are making payment in euros.
Pagamento Paypal
Goods are shipped to verified Paypal account’s address solely.
Bank Transfer
In case of bank transfer payment, an order confirmation is sent to the customer containing ILSETACCIO.COM bank account.
Goods are allocated to the order until money transfer is completed. Goods are shipped afterwards. Please send a copy of the transfer via fax or e-mail to customerservice@ilsetaccio.com) within 48 hours after order confirmation is sent.

CANCELLATIONS
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request cancellation within 24 hours by writing an e-mail to info@ilsetaccio.com with the detail of the order number. Cancellation is free if due to our problem or unavailability of the product. In any other case it has a cost as follows: Italy € 5.00 UK € 10.00 USA € 15.00 Canada € 15.00 All other European countries € 10.00 All other non-European countries € 20.00 Conversion into other currencies will be made at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the cancellation request.
